These Terms of Service govern your use of thevltstudio.com and the purchase of products from VLT Studio, operated by The VLT Studio, 182-184 High Street North, Office 18787, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom (hello@thevltstudio.com).

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from VLT Studio. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. PRODUCTS

We offer both ready-made nail sets and bespoke, made-to-order sets via our Dream Your Set service. All products are handcrafted and may have slight natural variations — this is part of their artisan character and not a defect.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the finished item, particularly for bespoke orders.

3. BESPOKE ORDERS

By submitting a Dream Your Set or bespoke request, you agree that:

  • Your order is personalised and made to your specifications
  • Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment
  • Bespoke orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been made
  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, and any reference images submitted

VLT Studio reserves the right to decline a bespoke request at our discretion.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

For ready-made items, cancellations may be requested before dispatch by contacting hello@thevltstudio.com. Once dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

6. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Processing and dispatch times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. VLT Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before purchasing.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on thevltstudio.com — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the property of VLT Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

9. NAIL GLUE — SAFETY NOTICE

All orders include MelodySusie nail glue, a cyanoacrylate adhesive. This product is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources and out of reach of children. VLT Studio accepts no liability for misuse of included accessories.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, VLT Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
