WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

All VLT Studio pieces are crafted with care and intention. Please allow the following processing times before your order is dispatched:

• Dream Your Set (Bespoke Orders): 7–10 business days
• Shop Items (Ready-Made Sets): 5–7 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

DELIVERY

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

DELAYS

While we do our best to meet all processing times, during high-demand periods or for particularly intricate bespoke sets, there may be slight delays. We will always communicate any changes to your expected timeline.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
