OUR RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging, with all components included
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact us at hello@thevltstudio.com to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and full instructions. Items should be sent to:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke & Dream Your Set orders — all custom nail sets are made to order and personalised to you; they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun
  • Opened nail sets — for hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened
  • Nail glue — included with every order, nail glue (MelodySusie cyanoacrylate adhesive) is a flammable consumable and cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Sale items & gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thevltstudio.com so we can make it right.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your eligible item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
